Shipping Info and FAQs
- Shipping prices – Shipping is automatically calculated based on weight by the website. Postage is combined when purchasing more than one item. You will be given the total price of your order prior to check out
- Courier services – We use fully tracked and signed courier services (1 – 3 day delivery aim, although this can vary and your order may take longer to arrive). If you have a prefered courier then do send over a message at your time of purchase and we will send over a quote
- Import taxes, EU and the rest of the world – The buyer is responsible for any import, VAT, handling fees or any other charges that may be imposed by your country on the full value of your purchase. This information is unique from country to country and you can find out from your embassy or customs authority.
- Where do we ship to – We ship all over the world, you can purchase from any country – directly from this site.
- Dispatch time – We have up to a 10 day dispatch time but aim to usually dispatch within 48 hours of your order. If you have any special requirements for fast dispatch or to delay dispach then this can usually be arranged if you contact at time or purchase.
- Returns – If you are unhappy with your purchase, please inform us within 7 days or receiving your piece(s) to arrange a return. The buyer is responsible for paying for return tracked postage. Subject to your piece(s) arriving undamaged to us, we will issue a full refund.
- Breakages – We pack every fossil as well as we can and have a very successful track record of sending fossils all over the world with little to no issues. However, accidents do happen – should your order arrive damaged, do get in contact with images of the damage and we will discuss a partial refund, return or repair.
